Milky WayFarer - Desert Drip
A blend of two coffees that adds up to more than the sum of its parts. This blend is a combination of Colombia Cauca and Ethiopia Guji designed for an excellent brew with notes of caramel and chocolate with a mild fruity brightness.
As drip, it's a balanced, smooth cup that stands up to milk and sugar.
Roasted in partnership with The Milky WayFarer in Marfa.

How We Roast
We roast each lot in small batches to bring out what the farmer, the variety, and the process already put there, so every coffee gets its own roast in lieu of a light or dark label.
Farmer
Every coffee here is traceable to the people who grew it, whether that is one family on a single hectare or a group of several thousand smallholders delivering cherry to a shared washing station.
Variety
Variety is the plant itself, and it sets the ceiling on what a coffee can taste like. Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Mundo Novo and Catuaí all show up in what we buy.
Process
Process is what happens to the cherry after picking. Washed coffees are pulped and fermented, which tends to read clean and bright. Honey coffees keep some fruit on the bean while it dries.
